An Evening To Savour, August 2025

This August indulge in an unforgettable experience as the Neeri Nuff team host Michelin Starred Chef, Stuart Barber of Restaurant Hermetikken of Norway for two very special evenings.  Hailing from the UK and with a Michelin Starred pedigree that includes the likes of three Michelin Starred, The Fat Duck, two Starred Restaurant Story, one Starred Morston Hall and others. He joins us from his very own Michelin Starred acclaimed Restaurant Hermetikken, Norway’s latest Michelin Star restaurant. 

Stuart’s classical training blended with Scandinavian influences and the seasonal bounty of Australian and Gippsland produce will shape the degustation dinner.  Allow 3 hours for your journey. Put your trust in us, as the final menu will not be released before we open the doors to welcome you to your seats.

Dates for this event are the evenings of Friday 15th and Saturday 16th August.

Tickets can be purchased for $280 per person, with the added option to select wine pairing on the night.   Wines by the glass are available or choose from our list of over 100 wines by the bottle.  Bookings of 2, 4 or 6  available on a first in basis.  Due to the nature of the event, we will have limited ability to cater to allergies.

Confirmation of attendance must be no later than 48 hours prior to the event. If cancellations occur within 48 hours a 50 % cancellation fee will be retained.
